Touring the the city of Rome, but virutally. Here's how we made a VR-integrated teaching material.

Hello once more!

Who knew trying to integrate AR/VR into teaching would be such a challenge? I mean, it's a wildly popular technology and is everywhere these days, but trying to utilize it in a manner that's efficient, practical, and conductive to learning was certainly harder than I had thought.

So, Rome. Hard to find a more famous city, right? With its dense history and culture, we were all excited to work with Rome. After we made it through the difficult process of narrowing Rome down to a handful of things we wanted to present, we landed on the architectural marvels that are the Colosseum and Trevi Fountain, the rich collection of Museo di Roma, and the simplest, most delicious dish that is "Cacio e Pepe".
